All films must be submitted before the specified deadline.

The submission format must meet the technical standards specified by the festival (such as MP4 format, high resolution).

The festival organizing committee will conduct a preliminary screening of all submitted works and select the shortlisted films.

The shortlisted works will be selected by a professional jury based on the criteria of creativity, narrative quality, technical performance and overall artistry.

All participants are required to pay a certain entry fee, which varies according to the submission date (early bird discount, regular submission and deadline submission).

Once the entry fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
